Announcing Summer '25 Membership Cohort Applications are OPEN!
Deadline - June 15th!
A few weeks ago we were thrilled to welcome our latest cohort and proud to say it was TWICE the size of the previous cohort! This cohort is being led by two member leads (more participation!), has way more structure than our past cohorts and we’ve already seen the difference in member participation that a tighter integration of new members facilitates.
So today we’re opening applications for our next cohort — Deadline June 15th!
The Summer ‘25 Cohort will be a bit different.
We’ll kick off end of June with CAMP, and into July with a series of intimate dinners and merge into the Fall ‘25 Cohort for a full cohort experience. That means summer joiners will have a special program & also be full members of the fall cohort too. We wanted to find a way of integrating new members this summer while recognizing people are traveling a lot and it won’t be the full cohort experience. So it will be more like a cohort-and-a-half for our summer joiners!
We’re changing the interview process. 2 interviews (instead of 4) & attendance at one event. We were honored to receive a ton of applications this last time around but our 4 interview requirement massively overloaded our team and our members and caused delays. So we’re iterating!
